·The main whitefish species that we work with are Atlantic COD, Haddock, Pollock and Pacific Hake.

·We buy the H&G Atlantic Cod and Haddock from either Russian or Norwegian vessels fishing in the Barents Sea, the Alaskan Pollock is either from Russian or US vessels and the Hake is from Canada.

·The whitefish products that Tanford produce are, fillets, loins, natural portions, formed portions and goujons. All products are IQF and can be skinless boneless or skin-on boneless.

·We control our fish temperatures below 5℃ throughout processing to maintain a very high quality of finished product.

·We can either pack glazed, loose in bags/cartons or individually vac-packed (IVP) in bags/cartons.

·We are able to grade tightly and can offer a set number of portions per pack or case.

·We are able to offer line caught Atlantic Cod, Haddock, and MSC certified products.
